Terms Of Service
By signing up with PerfectZ Web Solutions, you are bound by the following Terms Of Service. Violation of any term(s) stated here could result to a temporary suspension or a complete termination of your service. These terms are subject to change without notice, so be sure to check them regularly.
1). Registration process
- We have the full right to decline any account which provides illegal information in the registration process. If the domain name contains illegal content as-is, we can decline the signup without further notice.
- Administrative ("Admin") validation time can take up to 24 - 72 hours.
- We reserve the right to decline any registration with or without providing any fact(s) or reasoning.
2). Content
PerfectZ.iNfo holds no responsibility for the content of the client's account. Client's are completely responsible for the content of their website.
The following content is strictly prohibited on client websites:
- Adult content
- Child pornography
- Collection of Private Data (Unless DPA Registered)
- Fraudulent
- Content Forgery or Impersonation
- Unsolicited Content
- Copyright Infringements
- Warez or Nulled scripts
- IRC / eggdrop / Teamspeak / TorrentFlux
- Malware
- Peer to Peer software
- Rapidleech or RS2RS
- Phishing sites
- Harming/threatening or cruelty websites
- Fundamentalism websites
- Proxy sites
- Gateways
- PTC programs
- Anything illegal inside the USA (United States of America) or UK (United Kingdom)
- The content above is illegal to have directly on the website or linked to a third-party website.
- We follow a zero tolerance policy on the content of a client's website. If your website consists any of the above content, your account (including all data) will be completely deleted from our system.
- Accounts that are terminated due to the website content will not be offered backups of their website.
3). Use of resources
Script(s) and/or program(s) in your account may not exceed the following limits at any given time of the day:
- Use of more than 10% CPU.
- Use of more than 32MB of RAM.
- More than 60 seconds of execution time for any script/program.
4). Spamming
PerfectZ does not tolerate spamming. If anything in your account sends more than 300 E-mails per day, it will be considered as spam and will lead to termination of your account with no backup(s). Additionally, your information may appear on Spamhaus and other spammer databases.5). Backups
We keep the backups of every account, however we do not guarantee that your data will be always backed up. Backing up your data is your own responsibility. It is highly recommended to keep your website backups on your own computer. We cannot issue backups of your accounts if you've lost them. Backups are only stored in the case of a serious data loss.6). Forum
As a PerfectZ forum user, you need to respect other users, Moderators, Super Moderators, Administrators and all staff members of PerfectZ Web Solutions. PerfectZ Staff reserves the right to suspending and/or terminating your forum and/or hosting account with or without providing any backup for the associated account.7). Suspension
We can suspend accounts if you are using more resources, when you've broken your agreement with these Terms of Service, or when we receive a complaint about your account. Suspended accounts can only be un-suspended if Administrators find the case to not be valid.8). Termination
PerfectZ only terminates accounts in serious situations. This process cannot be reversed and no backups of your data will be provided.
PerfectZ Web Solutions reserves the right to add exceptions, modify, delete and/or add new terms at any time under any condition. And every client is automatically subscribed to the new Terms of Service.
9). EMail subscription
Signing up with PerfectZ free web hosting service, you agree to receive our newsletter and notices about server outages and information through the email address you provide through the sign-up process.
Newsletters are not sent frequently. They are sent once a two week or once a month.
